High promotion of adhesion at phase interfaces

Foto: Klebstoff
VPA and VPADME demonstrate their excellent properties at phase interfaces, in particular. To promote adhesion between organic and inorganic phases, VPA is an excellent choice, whereas VPADME has benefits in providing adhesion between two organic phases. Such interfaces exist in many products. Typical examples include paint coats on substrates (metal, plastics), pigments in paint, fillers in plastics, glass-fiber composites, adhesives, etc.
In addition, once inserted into a molecule structure, monomers cannot migrate to the material surface, which means that they will not cause efflorescence. So they contribute to the flawless appearance of the surface.

Whether as a coating or dispersed in a polymer matrix, VPA is equally suitable as an effective adhesion promoter.
