Advantages |
Polyurea spray elastomers offer outstanding advantages, such as a very good processability of the components of polyurea systems and excellent physical properties like chemical and weathering resistance of the elastomers derived from these components. By their elasticity polyurea elastomers readily bridge cracks in concrete and adhere superbly to a wide variety of surfaces.
- Rapidly applied by spray application
- Tack-free within minutes (e.g. cures even below 0°C), fast return to service
- Insensitive to moisture and humidity during application
- High chemical resistance
- High temperature resistance
- High tensile strength
- Good adhesion to many substrates, e.g. metal, concrete, plastics
- Relatively unlimited application thickness
