BASF’s intermediates make essential contributions to our daily lifes. Customers around the world use our chemicals to produce for example coatings, plastics, elastic textile fibers, detergents, pharmaceuticals and crop protectants.

 

Others use our intermediates as end products: Farmers need special intermediates to preserve feed. Airport operators esteem them for the environmentally friendly de-icing of runways. Even many beekeepers use them to protect their bees.
